Cornwall May 06

Decided to have another holiday in Cornwall 2006 to finish off travelling around the southern part of Cornwall because we ran out of time in 2005.

Stayed at a cottage in Coverack, the photo above is the harbour, the cottage we stayed in is on the left hand side just above the harbour. The weather was superb but at times we drove into places that had sea fog this caused by the warm sunny weather & the sea still a little cold.

On the way down we stopped at Castle Drogo a NT Property which is just outside Exeter, it was good to stretch the legs.

Places we visited were NT gardens & houses, also Truro, Falmouth, Penzance, Newlyn, Mousehole, St Just, Lizard Point, St Levan steam engine, Porthcurno,  various coves & Lighthouses, Lizard wireless, Poldhu Radio Club & Mullion.

On the way back home came back a different way via Plymouth visited Saltram in Plymton another NT house we had not visited drove over the Tamar toll bridge a wonderful sight.

Below is a slide show of the places we visited on the excellent holiday, there are quite a few just click the arrow to see more.
